Shipping/Delivery Policy:

You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the delivery company. If access is not possible for any reason the courier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your item far from the place of unloading). The driver is not permitted to enter your premises. If the driver does enter out of good will, we do not take any responsibility for any damaged caused. Delivery time is from 8am till 9pm considering there are no delays on the day. We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by email or telephone, the standard delivery service used is within ten working days as we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and no compensation will be payable by ourselves.

4m widths are quite long and heavy for one person to carry safely, so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass, please make necessary arrangements on the day of delivery.

It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this delivery. The driver is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature.

(CURRENTLY DRIVERS ARE NOT OBTAINING ANY SIGNATURES INSTEAD THEY ARE TAKING PICTURES OF GOODS & SURROUNDINGS)

All deliveries to England & Wales will have a charge of £9.99 - £39.99 standard service, we use our own vans & third party freight carriers to deliver our goods, we try our best to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment, our current standard delivery time is 1-10 working days (England & Wales), after dispatch either ourselves or the third party company will contact to arrange delivery date of goods via email so please make sure correct email is given. Deliveries to Scotland are 1-14 working days and have a charge of £9.99-£54.99, Northern Ireland orders have to be pre-arranged by contacting us before placing the order.
