Terms and Conditions for Composite Decking

Thank you for choosing our composite decking products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Information
• Delivery Timeframe: Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 1–10 working days.
• Delivery Notification:
• Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you.
• You will receive an email from us at least 1 working day prior to the delivery to confirm the expected delivery date.
• Our driver will call 30 minutes before arrival.
• Delivery Times: Deliveries take place between 6 am and 9 pm on the allocated day.

Delivery Requirements
• Access to Property:
• Ensure suitable access is available to the property before placing your order.
• We accept no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be completed due to lack of access.
• Assistance with Unloading:
• Please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading.
• If you have a specific location where you’d like your materials to be left, please inform us in advance.
• Curbside Delivery:
• Deliveries are curbside/front of property only.
• Sufficient space should be available for our delivery van to unload and place your decking in your desired location.
• We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your decking once delivered.

Delivery Charges
• Delivery fee is £69.99 for England & Wales.
• For deliveries to Scotland, please contact us for a quote.

Additional Terms
• Sample Recommendation: We recommend all customers order samples before purchasing.
• Returns & Refunds: As a wholesaler operating on low margins, we do not accept refunds or returns for this product.
